# Operation confirmations

> The list of operation confirmations and the Enter Operation Confirmation form — good quantity, scrap, rework, actual time, employees; cancelling a confirmation.

An operation confirmation records **how many good units and how many scrapped units** came out of an operation and
**how much time** was spent. A confirmation **does not post stock**: the finished product enters stock with
[production output](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/uretim/islemler/uretim-ciktisi-kaydetme), and components leave stock with
[material consumption](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/uretim/islemler/malzeme-sarfi-kaydetme). Confirmations are the source for capacity, the labor
report, the scrap report, OEE and the order's activity cost.

| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Teyit** (Confirmation) | `TYD-yyyy-nnnnnn` and the confirmation date. |
| **Üretim emri** (Production order) | Link to the order. |
| **Operasyon** (Operation) | Operation number, description and work center. |
| **Tezgâh** (Machine) | The machine the confirmation was posted to (if any). |
| **Sağlam** · **Fire** (Good · Scrap) | The quantities of this confirmation. |
| **Fiili süre** (Actual time) | Setup + machine + labor (minutes). |
| **Durum** (Status) | **Kısmi** (Partial), **Son teyit** (Final confirmation) or **İptal edildi** (Cancelled). |
| **Çalışanlar** · **Teyit eden** (Employees · Confirmed by) | The employees entered on the confirmation and the user who entered the record. |

- Filters: **Ara** (Search), **Başlangıç** · **Bitiş** (Start · End), **Tezgâh** (Machine; in a setup with machines),
  **İptal edilenleri göster** (Show cancelled), **Sorumlu olduğum iş merkezleri** (Work centers I am responsible for).
  When opened from the order details, the list is narrowed to that order (**Tek emrin teyitleri**, Confirmations of a
  single order).
- The row's **İşlemler** (Actions) menu has **İptal Et** (Cancel): the **Teyidi İptal Et — TYD-…** (Cancel
  Confirmation — TYD-…) window opens, and **Gerekçe** (Reason) is required. Cancellation reverses the operation's
  totals; if a final confirmation is cancelled, the operation is reopened. Cancellation is possible only for a
  confirmation of an order in **Yayınlandı** (Released), **Üretimde** (In Production) or **Tamamlandı** (Completed)
  status.

| Field | Rule |
|---|---|
| **Emir** (Order) | A released or in-production order. When opened via **Teyit Gir** (Enter Confirmation) in the order details or from the work list, it opens preselected. |
| **Operasyon** (Operation; table) | The row to be confirmed. **Kalan = planlanan − (sağlam + fire)** (Remaining = planned − (good + scrap)). An operation with a final confirmation cannot be selected; to enter a new confirmation, first cancel the final confirmation. |
| **Teyit tarihi** (Confirmation date) | Required; cannot be in the future and cannot be posted to a closed posting period. |
| **Sağlam (birim)** (Good, unit) | The quantity that came out good. **Kalanı yaz** (Enter remaining) enters the remaining quantity. |
| **Fire (birim)** (Scrap, unit) | The quantity scrapped. |
| **Yeniden işlemeye (birim)** (To rework, unit) | Quantity not counted as good that is to be reworked. While some is pending, the **Yeniden işlenmiş pay** (Reworked portion) field appears. |
| **Hazırlık (dk)** · **Makine (dk)** · **İşçilik (dk)** (Setup · Machine · Labor, min) | If left blank, the server proposes values: setup is the planned value on the operation's **first** confirmation; machine and labor are proportional to the quantity. The gray value is a preview of this proposal. |
| **Tezgâh** (Machine) | Only if the operation's work center has active machines; the default is the planned machine. |
| **Çalışanlar** (Employees) | Added with **Çalışan ekle** (Add employee). If the time is blank, the labor time is split equally among the employees; if entered, it is entered for each, and the total is the labor time. |
| **Son teyit — operasyon kapanır** (Final confirmation — operation closes) | If ticked, the operation becomes **Son teyit** (Final confirmation) and drops off the work list. |
| **Not** (Note) | Optional. |

**Teyidi Kaydet** (Save Confirmation) posts the record; a line such as "**TYD-2026-000001 kaydedildi — operasyon 10,
sağlam 3, fire 0 (son teyit).**" (TYD-2026-000001 saved — operation 10, good 3, scrap 0 (final confirmation).) appears
below the form, and the form is cleared for the next confirmation.

> **The confirmation of the last operation proposes the output**
The production output form shows the good quantity confirmed on the last operation that has not yet been posted as
output as **Son operasyonun teyidi** (Confirmation of last operation); **Öneriyi Uygula** (Apply Proposal) enters it in
the quantity. A confirmation does not post output automatically.

## Common messages

| Teyit tarihi zorunlu. · Teyit ileri tarihli olamaz. | The confirmation date is required. · A confirmation cannot be dated in the future. | The date is blank or after today. |
| Teyit boş olamaz — miktar ya da süre girin. | A confirmation cannot be empty — enter a quantity or a time. | No field is filled in. |
| Sağlam, fire ve yeniden işleme miktarı eksi olamaz. | Good, scrap and rework quantities cannot be negative. | Negative value. |
| Yeniden işlenmiş miktar bu teyidin sağlam + firesini aşamaz. | The reworked quantity cannot exceed the good + scrap of this confirmation. | The portion is too large. |
