# Material requirements

> Net requirements without a time axis and a min–max proposal — per item and per warehouse; covering a shortage with a requisition or a production order.

**Malzeme İhtiyaçları** (Material Requirements) summarizes the **current** situation of each item in a single row: how
much demand there is, how much is on hand and in transit, how much is short, and how much should be ordered according
to the item's ordering rule. Unlike MRP, it has **no time axis** and does not write documents; to cover a shortage it
opens the requisition or production order form with the item's code.

## By Item

The list is a calculation at most 1 minute old; **Listeyi yenile** (Refresh list) recalculates it.

| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Malzeme** (Material) | The item. For a discontinued item, "Kesildi → HALEF" (Discontinued → SUCCESSOR) or "Kesildi — halef yok" (Discontinued — no successor) and the quantity transferred. |
| **Talep** (Demand) | Production requirements + sales order balance; the sources are in the **Talep** (Demand) table of the details. |
| **Eldeki** (On Hand) | Stock; allocated quantity is not counted. |
| **Yoldaki** (In Transit) | Open purchasing + open production output. |
| **Açık** (Shortage) | Demand − (on hand + in transit). |
| **Öneri** (Proposal) | If the stock position is below the minimum, the quantity that brings it up to the maximum (to the minimum if there is no maximum). |
| **Sipariş** (Order) | The proposal or shortage rounded with the item's ordering rule (minimum order, multiple). |
| **Temin** (Availability) | The availability date if ordered today (today + lead time). |
| **Birim** (Unit) | The item's base unit. If there is a document whose unit cannot be converted, a warning: the totals are incomplete. |

**Filters:** **Ara** (Search), **Yalnız açığı olanlar** (Only with shortage; hides those with zero shortage),
**Minimumun altındakiler** (Below minimum; only those with an order proposal), **Benim ürünlerim** (My products; I am
the MRP controller). If there are no items to calculate, the screen shows "Açık belge ve stok seviyesi tanımlı kart yok
— hesaplanacak bir ihtiyaç bulunmuyor." (No items with open documents or defined stock levels — there are no
requirements to calculate.)

Clicking a row opens the details:

- **Talep · Eldeki · Yoldaki · Açık** (Demand · On Hand · In Transit · Shortage) tiles (the allocated quantity is shown
  separately).
- **Stok pozisyonu** (Stock position; on hand + in transit − demand), **Minimum / Maksimum** (Minimum / Maximum),
  **Min–maks önerisi** (Min–max proposal; "Pozisyon minimumun altında — maksimuma tamamlar" — The position is below the
  minimum — tops up to the maximum).
- **Sipariş miktarı** (Order quantity), **Minimum sipariş / katsayı** (Minimum order / multiple), **Tedarik süresi**
  (Lead time), **Temin tarihi** (Availability date).
- **Eksiği Kapat** (Cover Shortage; if there is a shortage) or **Stoğu Tamamla** (Top Up Stock; only if there is a
  min–max proposal): **Satınalma Talebi Aç** (Open Purchase Requisition) for a purchasable item, **Üretim Emri Aç** (Open
  Production Order) for a producible item. The button opens the form with the item's code and the proposed quantity;
  the document is not created here, and you set the quantity on the form. If the item is flagged as neither purchasable
  nor producible, the screen shows "Kart ne satın alınabilir ne üretilebilir işaretli; önce kartın kullanım alanları
  düzeltilmeli." (The item is flagged as neither purchasable nor producible; correct the item's usage settings first.)
- **Depo Kırılımı** (Warehouse Breakdown): **Depo** (Warehouse) · **Eldeki** (On Hand) · **Tahsisli** (Allocated) ·
  **Serbest** (Unrestricted) · **Min / Maks** · **Öneri** (Proposal) · **Lokasyon** (Storage Location). If no warehouse
  minimum is defined, "Planlanmıyor" (Not planned). If other warehouses have enough unrestricted stock, a transfer
  proposal note.
- **Talep** (Demand) and **Arz** (Supply) source tables: **Kaynak** (Source) · **Belge** (Document) · **Karşı taraf**
  (Counterparty) · **Miktar** (Quantity) · **Tarih** (Date).

## By Warehouse

The **Depo Bazında** (By Warehouse) tab compares the unrestricted stock (on hand − allocated) of each product ×
warehouse with the warehouse minimum: **Malzeme** (Material) · **Depo** (Warehouse) · **Serbest** (Unrestricted) ·
**Min / Maks** · **Öneri** (Proposal) · **Transfer** (incoming / outgoing) · **Öteki Depolarda** (In Other Warehouses) ·
**Lokasyon** (Storage Location) · **Birim** (Unit). Filters **Tesis** (Plant), **Depo** (Warehouse) and **Minimumun
altındakiler** (Below minimum). The warehouse minimum is defined in **Depo Verileri** (Warehouse Data) in the Stock view
of the product details; if none is defined, the list says "Depo minimumu tanımlı ürün yok …" (No products with a
defined warehouse minimum …).
