# Downtime records

> Recording work center downtime — planned/unplanned reason, ongoing downtime, ending and cancelling; an input to OEE and capacity.

Records the time a work center is not working (breakdown, waiting for material, setup, planned maintenance…). Downtime
records feed the availability component of the **OEE Raporu** (OEE Report) and the capacity load. The reason for the
downtime is selected from the list of **downtime reasons** defined during setup; each reason is either **planned** or
**unplanned**.

## List

| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Duruş** (Downtime) | Downtime number (`DUR-yyyy-nnnnnn`). |
| **İş Merkezi** (Work Center) | The work center (and machine) that is down. |
| **Neden** (Reason) | Downtime reason. |
| **Başlangıç** · **Bitiş** (Start · End) | If the end is blank, **Sürüyor** (Ongoing) is shown. |
| **Süre** (Duration) | From start to end. |
| **Emir** (Order) | If the downtime is linked to an order/operation, the order number and operation. |

Filters: **İş Merkezi** (Work Center), **Yalnız süren duruşlar** (Ongoing downtimes only), **Duruş tarihi** (Downtime
date; start–end). The row's **İşlemler** (Actions) menu offers, for an ongoing downtime, **Duruşu Bitir** (End
Downtime; end time required) and **İptal Et** (Cancel; reason required; a cancelled downtime is not included in OEE or
capacity load).

| Field | Rule |
|---|---|
| **İş merkezi** (Work center) | Required; active work centers. |
| **Neden** (Reason) | Required; the list shows "ad · planlı" (name · planned) or "ad · plansız" (name · unplanned). |
| **Başlangıç** (Start) | Required; cannot be in the future. |
| **Bitiş** (End) | If left blank, the downtime is opened as "sürüyor" (ongoing) and later closed with **Duruşu Bitir** (End Downtime). The end must be after the start and cannot be in the future; a downtime can last at most 31 days. |
| **Not** (Note) | At most 500 characters. |

> **Downtime reasons first**
Reasons are defined on the **Yönetim › Özelleştirme › Üretim › Duruş Nedenleri** (Administration › Customization ›
Production › Downtime Reasons) screen. If the list is empty, no **Neden** (Reason) can be selected and the downtime
cannot be saved. No reasons are defined in the demo installation; for this reason there are no sample records.

## Common messages

| Message | English meaning | Cause |

| Duruş ileri tarihli başlayamaz. · Duruş ileri tarihte bitemez. | A downtime cannot start in the future. · A downtime cannot end in the future. | The date is after today. |
| Duruşun bitişi başlangıcından sonra olmalı. | The end of the downtime must be after its start. | End ≤ start. |
| Bir duruş en çok 31 gün sürebilir — tarihi kontrol edin. | A downtime can last at most 31 days — check the date. | The duration is too long. |
| '\{kod\}' duruş nedeni pasif. | Downtime reason '\{kod\}' is inactive. | The reason has been deactivated. |
| DUR-… zaten bitirilmiş. · DUR-… zaten iptal edilmiş. | DUR-… has already been ended. · DUR-… has already been cancelled. | The record is closed. |
| İptal gerekçesi zorunlu. | A cancellation reason is required. | The reason is blank. |
