# Production analytics

> The eight production reports — order status, material consumption, work center load, output corrections, scrap, labor, OEE and production cost.

The reports under **Üretim › Analitik** (Production › Analytics) are read-only screens; they do not write anything.
Values come from the server, and the screen does not invent totals or ratios: a value that cannot be measured is shown
as **"—"** (not zero). If the date filter is empty, the report opens with the default period (the last 90 days for most
reports) and the period is shown in the header. In most reports, **Excel'e Aktar** (Export to Excel) creates a file
with the screen's filters; the **İş Merkezi** (Work Center) filter shows work centers in hierarchy order.

## Production Order Status

Address `/erp/manufacturing/reports/order-status`. Planned and produced quantity per order, work center and how long
the order has been open.

- **Columns:** **Çıktı Kartı** (Output Item; with order no.) · **Durum** (Status) · **Planlanan** (Planned) ·
  **Üretilen** (Produced) · **Kalan** (Remaining) · **Gerçekleşme** (Fulfillment; produced / planned %) · **İş
  Merkezi** (Work Center; can be "Kaydedilmedi" (Not recorded)) · **Satış Siparişi** (Sales Order; for make-to-order,
  otherwise "Stoğa" (To stock)) · **Yayın** (Release) · **Süre (gün)** (Duration, days; "N gündür açık" — open for N
  days).
- **Filters:** **Ara** (Search; item, sales order or customer) · **İş Merkezi** (Work Center) · **Durum** (Status) ·
  opening date.
- **Status summary:** the number of orders in each status. Because there is no due-date field, the time the order has
  been open is shown instead of delay.

## Material Consumption

Address `/erp/manufacturing/reports/material-consumption`. Planned and actually consumed material, in the item's base
unit; the plan difference only from completed orders.

- **Columns:** **Bileşen** (Component) · **Birim** (Unit) · **Planlanan** (Planned) · **Tüketilen** (Consumed) ·
  **Açık Emirde Kalan** (Remaining in Open Orders) · **Tamamlanan: Plan** (Completed: Plan) · **Tamamlanan: Fiili**
  (Completed: Actual) · **Plan Farkı** (Plan Difference) · **Emir** (Order). The number of lines whose unit could not
  be converted is shown separately.
- **Filters:** **Ara** (Search; component code or name) · release date.

## Work Center Load

Address `/erp/manufacturing/reports/work-center-load`. Draft, released and in-production orders — per work center, as
of today (number of orders, not hours).

- **Columns:** **İş Merkezi** (Work Center; including the "Atanmadı" (Not assigned) row) · **Tür** (Type) · **Taslak**
  (Draft) · **Yayınlandı** (Released) · **Üretimde** (In Production) · **Açık Emir** (Open Orders) · **Farklı Kart**
  (Distinct Items) · **En Eski Açık Emir** (Oldest Open Order).

## Output Corrections

Address `/erp/manufacturing/reports/output-reversals`. Reversed production output — per item; this is the correction
of an incorrect posting, not scrap.

- **Columns:** **Çıktı Kartı** (Output Item) · **Geri Alınan** (Reversed) · **Dönemdeki Çıktı** (Output in Period) ·
  **Düzeltme Belgesi** (Correction Document) · **Emir** (Order).
- **Filters:** **Ara** (Search; item code or name) · correction date.

## Scrap Report

Address `/erp/manufacturing/reports/scrap`. Scrap from operation confirmations — the rate and a comparison with the
planned scrap in the routing; quantities in the product's base unit.

- **Breakdown:** Product · Work center × product · Production order.
- **Columns:** (**İş Merkezi** / **Emir** / **Ürün** (Work Center / Order / Product), depending on the breakdown) ·
  **Sağlam** (Good) · **Fire** (Scrap) · **Yeniden İşleme** (Rework) · **Fire Oranı** (Scrap Rate) · **Planlanan**
  (Planned) · **Teyit** (Confirmations) · **Emir** (Orders). If the scrap rate exceeds the planned rate it is shown in
  red (there is no threshold).
- **Filters:** **Ara** (Search; product, work center or order) · **İş Merkezi** (Work Center) · **Yalnız fireli**
  (Only with scrap; hides lines without scrap) · confirmation date.

## Labor Report

Address `/erp/manufacturing/reports/labor`. Labor time of employees in operation confirmations — broken down by work
center and order; the amount requires the cost permission and is based on the hourly rate.

- **Breakdown:** Employee · Employee × work center · Employee × production order.
- **Columns:** **Çalışan** (Employee) · (**İş Merkezi** / **Emir**, Work Center / Order) · **İşçilik (saat)** (Labor,
  hours) · **Teyit** (Confirmations) · **Tutar** (Amount; only with the cost permission; if there is no hourly rate,
  "Saat ücreti tanımsız" (Hourly rate not defined)).
- **Filters:** **Ara** (Search) · confirmation date. If no employee was entered on the confirmations, the report is
  empty.

## OEE Report

Address `/erp/manufacturing/reports/oee`. Availability × performance × quality — from the factory calendar, downtime
records and operation confirmations; the default is the last 30 days.

- **Columns:** **İş Merkezi** (Work Center) · **OEE** · **Kullanılabilirlik** (Availability) · **Performans**
  (Performance) · **Kalite** (Quality) · **Planlanan** (Planned; "Kapasite tanımsız" (Capacity not defined) if no
  capacity is defined) · **Plansız Duruş** (Unplanned Downtime) · **Planlı Duruş** (Planned Downtime) · **Sağlam /
  Fire** (Good / Scrap). Below: **Plansız duruş kayıpları** (Unplanned downtime losses).
- **Filters:** **İş Merkezi** (Work Center) · **Dönem** (Period).
- If one of the components cannot be measured (e.g. capacity not defined), OEE shows "—".

## Production Cost

Address `/erp/manufacturing/reports/production-cost` (requires the order view permission **and** the cost view
permission). Planned and actual material cost per order — together with where the closing variance went.

- **Columns:** **Emir No** (Order No.) · **Mamul** (Finished Product) · **Durum** (Status) · **Üretilen** (Produced) ·
  **Planlanan Malzeme** (Planned Material) · **Fiili Malzeme** (Actual Material) · **Mamule Uygulanan** (Applied to
  Finished Product) · **Planlanan Faaliyet** (Planned Activity) · **Fiili Faaliyet** (Actual Activity) · **Kapanış
  Farkı** (Closing Variance). Activity for a work center without a rate, or in mixed currencies, shows "Hesaplanamadı"
  (Could not be calculated).
- **Filters:** **Ara** (Search; finished product code or name) · release date.
- **Yarı Mamul** (Work in Process) view (tab): work in process of orders not yet closed — material consumed − applied
  to output; totals per currency. Accounting reconciliation is outside the scope of this document.
