# Create and ship a transfer order

> Two-step transfer between warehouses — order, shipment (stock in transit) and arrival.

  - The source and target warehouses are different and active.

Two-step transfer: between shipment and arrival, the goods appear in **stock in transit** and cannot be used at
either the source or the target.

## Steps

1. On the **Stok Yönetimi › Mal Hareketleri › Transfer Siparişleri** (Inventory › Goods Movements › Transfer Orders) screen, click **Transfer Siparişi Oluştur** (Create Transfer Order).

2. Enter the **Kaynak Depo** (Source Warehouse), **Hedef Depo** (Target Warehouse), **Sipariş Tarihi** (Order Date) and **İstenen Varış** (Requested Arrival).

3. Select the products with **Kalem Ekle** (Add Item) and enter the quantities (in the base unit), enter a **Not** (Note) if needed, and click **Transfer Siparişini Kaydet** (Save Transfer Order).

4. When the goods leave, click **Sevk Et** (Ship) in the order details. Enter the **Sevk Tarihi** (Shipping Date); correct the quantities to be shipped in the **Kaynak Deponun Serbest Stoğu** (Unrestricted Stock of the Source Warehouse) table (0 for a line that will not be shipped) and click **Transfer Sevki Kaydet** (Save Transfer Shipment).

5. When the goods arrive at the target, click **Varışı Kaydet** (Post Arrival); enter the **Varış Tarihi** (Arrival Date) and the **Hedef Göz** (Target Bin) of each line, then click **Transfer Varışı Kaydet** (Save Transfer Arrival).

**Result:** The shipment posts a **Transfer** movement from the source warehouse to stock in transit, and the arrival posts one from stock in transit to the target warehouse. When all items have arrived, the order becomes **Tamamlandı** (Completed); a remainder that will not be shipped is closed with **Kalanı Kapat** (Close Remainder).

## What you need to know

- Demo example: **DTS-2026-000001**, MERKEZ → MAMUL; 24 ADET of TIC-0002 was shipped (transfer shipment
  **NSV-2026-000001**), and the arrival has not yet been posted — status **Sevkiyatta** (In Shipment), TIC-0002 in
  transit 24.
- An order that has never been shipped is cancelled with **İptal Et** (Cancel); if shipping has started, use
  **Kalanı Kapat** (Close Remainder) instead of cancelling (when no goods are in transit).
- Stock in quarantine cannot be shipped ("Önce kalite kararı" (Quality decision first)).
- The shipping date cannot be earlier than the order date: "Hareket tarihi sipariş tarihinden önce olamaz." (The
  movement date cannot be earlier than the order date.)
