# Create and withdraw a reservation

> Announce in advance the material to be withdrawn from the warehouse with its requirement date, and post a goods issue or transfer from the reservation.

  - The issuing warehouse (and, for a transfer, the target warehouse) is active.

A reservation announces a requirement in advance; it does not set the goods aside. The goods move when the
withdrawal is posted.

## Steps

1. On the **Stok Yönetimi › Mal Hareketleri › Rezervasyonlar** (Inventory › Goods Movements › Reservations) screen, click **Rezervasyon Oluştur** (Create Reservation).

   3. Purpose — goods issue or transfer
   4. Open the reservation

2. Select the **Amaç** (Purpose): **Mal Çıkışı** (Goods Issue) (consumption, maintenance, cost center) or **Depolar Arası Transfer** (Transfer Between Warehouses).

3. Enter the **Çıkış Deposu** (Issuing Warehouse) (and, for a transfer, the **Hedef Depo** (Target Warehouse)), the **İhtiyaç Tarihi** (Requirement Date) and the **Teslim Alan** (Recipient).

4. Select the products with **Kalem Ekle** (Add Item) and enter the quantity and unit of each item.

5. Click **Rezervasyonu Kaydet** (Save Reservation).

6. When handing over the goods (warehouse keeper), click the item's **Çek** (Withdraw) button in the details; for the transfer purpose, the button is **Transfer Et** (Transfer).

7. In the withdrawal window, enter the **Çekme Tarihi** (Withdrawal Date), **Lokasyon** (Storage Location), **Stok Durumu** (Stock Status) and **Miktar** (Quantity); select a lot or serial number. If no remainder is expected, select **Son çekme** (Final withdrawal) and click **Çıkışı Kaydet** (Save Issue).

**Result:** The reservation is saved as **Açık** (Open) and counts as demand in Malzeme İhtiyaçları (Material Requirements); stock is not locked. Each withdrawal posts a **Sarf / Çıkış** (Consumption / Issue) movement (**Transfer** for a transfer) and appears in the **Hareketler** (Movements) table in the details.

## What you need to know

- Demo example: **RZV-2026-000001**, MERKEZ, Mal Çıkışı (Goods Issue), requirement date 05.11.2026, TIC-0002 × 20
  and TIC-0003 × 30 ADET — status **Açık** (Open).
- A reservation that has never been withdrawn is closed with **İptal Et** (Cancel), and the remainder of a partially
  withdrawn reservation with **Kalanı Kapat** (Close Remainder), both with a reason.
- The person who created the reservation cannot withdraw from their own reservation unless they have the permission
  for movements without a reference document: "Rezervasyonu açan kişi ondan mal çıkışı yapamaz — çekmeyi başka bir
  depo sorumlusu yapmalı." (The person who created the reservation cannot post a goods issue from it — another
  warehouse keeper must make the withdrawal.)
- A withdrawal cannot exceed the remainder: "\{n\}. kalemde çekilecek miktar kalanı (\{x\} \{birim\}) aşıyor." (The
  quantity to be withdrawn on item \{n\} exceeds the remainder (\{x\} \{birim\}).)
- A reservation can have at most 200 items; a configurable parent card cannot be selected.
