# Transfer orders

> Two-step transfer between warehouses — at shipment the goods move to stock in transit, at arrival they are received into the target warehouse.

A transfer order is a **two-step** transfer between warehouses or plants: the **shipment** issues the goods from the
source warehouse and puts them into the target's **stock in transit**, and the **arrival** receives the goods in transit
into the target warehouse. The order itself does not post stock. For a single-step transfer, see

## List

Columns: **Sipariş No** (Order No.; DTS-yyyy-nnnnnn), **Tarih** (Date), **Kaynak → Hedef** (Source → Target; "·
tesisler arası" (· between plants) if it is between plants), **İstenen Varış** (Requested Arrival), **Durum** (Status;
with a "yolda" (in transit) note if goods are in transit), **Kalem** (Lines). The default filter is **Açık olanlar**
(Open ones). **Transfer Siparişi Oluştur** (Create Transfer Order) opens a new order.

## Creation

**Kaynak Depo** (Source Warehouse) and **Hedef Depo** (Target Warehouse) (mandatory, cannot be the same), **Sipariş
Tarihi** (Order Date; mandatory, defaults to today), **İstenen Varış** (Requested Arrival), **Kalemler** (Lines;
**Kalem Ekle** (Add Line): concrete items that carry stock, quantity in the base unit), **Not** (Note). Button

## Shipment and arrival

**Sevk Et** (Ship) opens the "Transfer Sevki" (Transfer Shipment) screen: **Sevk Tarihi** (Shipment Date) and the
**Kaynak Deponun Serbest Stoğu** (Unrestricted Stock of the Source Warehouse) table (Ürün (Product), Göz · Durum (Bin ·
Status), Serbest (Unrestricted), Miktar (Quantity)). The quantity is prefilled with the remainder; enter 0 on a row
that is not to be shipped. A row in quarantine cannot be shipped ("Önce kalite kararı" (Quality decision first)); on a
serial-managed row, use **Seri Seç** (Select Serial Numbers). Button **Transfer Sevki Kaydet** (Save Transfer
Shipment).

**Varışı Kaydet** (Post Arrival) opens the "Transfer Varışı" (Transfer Arrival) screen: **Varış Tarihi** (Arrival
Date), the **Yoldaki Stok** (Stock in Transit) table and the **Hedef Göz** (Target Bin) of each row. Button **Transfer
Varışı Kaydet** (Save Transfer Arrival); the goods that arrive become unrestricted stock.

Stock effect: at shipment, a **Transfer** movement from the source warehouse to stock in transit; at arrival, a
**Transfer** movement from stock in transit to the target warehouse; source document "Transfer Siparişi" (Transfer
Order).

## Rejection messages
