> Stock whose ownership or location is tied to a business partner or a project — supplier consignment, consignment at customer and project stock.

Stock whose ownership or location is tied to a business partner or a project. The documents on these screens have no
status; all of them become final when saved (only a project has the Açık / Kapalı (Open / Closed) status).

## Supplier consignment

**Tedarikçi Konsinye Stoğu** (Supplier Consignment Stock): the supplier's goods in our warehouse — they are not
included in the company's stock total or valuation, and are settled as they are withdrawn. Columns: Tedarikçi
(Supplier), Depo (Warehouse), Ürün (Product), Stok Durumu (Stock Status), Karantina (Quarantine), Miktar (Quantity),
Konsinye Değeri (Consignment Value); **Çek** (Withdraw) on the row.

**Konsinye Çekişleri** (Consignment Withdrawals): goods that move from consignment into our own stock; each withdrawal
is a liability to the supplier. The **Konsinye Çekişi Oluştur** (Create Consignment Withdrawal) form: Tedarikçi
(Supplier), Konsinyenin Deposu (Consignment Warehouse), **Hedef Depo** (Target Warehouse; your own warehouse), Çekiş
Tarihi (Withdrawal Date), a table (Ürün (Product), Stok Durumu (Stock Status), Konsinye (Consignment), Çekilecek (To
Withdraw), Hedef Lokasyon (Target Storage Location)), Not (Note). Button **Çekişi Kaydet** (Save Withdrawal). Goods in
quarantine cannot be withdrawn ("Önce kalite kararı" (Quality decision first)).

## Consignment at customer

**Müşteride Konsinye Stoğu** (Consignment Stock at Customer): our goods at the customer's site. Columns: Müşteri
(Customer), Çıktığı Depo (Issuing Warehouse), Ürün (Product), Stok Durumu (Stock Status), Miktar (Quantity), Stok Değeri
(Stock Value); **Geri Al** (Take Back) on the row. Button **Konsinye Doldurma Oluştur** (Create Consignment Fill-Up).

**Müşteride Konsinye Belgeleri** (Consignment Documents at Customer) are of two types:

| Type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Konsinye Doldurma** (Consignment Fill-Up) | From your own warehouse into the customer's consignment stock — the goods remain ours and are invoiced with a delivery as the customer consumes them. The ship-to address is mandatory. |
| **Konsinye Geri Alma** (Consignment Pick-Up) | From the customer's consignment stock into your own warehouse — taking back without an invoice. |

## Project stock

| **Projeler** (Projects) | The owner of project stock. Columns: Proje (Project), Müşteri (Customer; "İç proje" (Internal project) if none), Durum (Status: Açık / Kapalı (Open / Closed)), Dönem (Period). **Yeni Proje** (New Project): Ad (Name), Kod (Code), Müşteri (Customer), Başlangıç (Start), Bitiş (End), Açıklama (Description). **Projeyi Kapat** (Close Project) requires a reason. |
| **Proje Stoğu** (Project Stock) | Stock assigned to a project: Proje (Project), Depo · Göz (Warehouse · Bin), Ürün (Product), Miktar (Quantity), Stok Değeri (Stock Value); **Çıkış** (Issue) and **Serbest Bırak** (Release) on the row; **Projeye Stok Ayır** (Assign Stock to Project). |
| **Proje Stok Belgeleri** (Project Stock Documents) | **Projeye Stok Ayırma** (Assign Stock to Project; the warehouse's unrestricted stock moves to the project in place), **Projeye Malzeme Çıkışı** (Material Issue to Project; consumption only from goods assigned to the project), **Proje Stoğunu Serbest Bırakma** (Release Project Stock; the project stock returns to unrestricted stock in place; no movement is posted, a reason is mandatory). |
