# Batches and serial number labels

> Batch list and details, batch statuses (Active, Quarantine, Blocked, Expired, Depleted), expiry date, serial number labels.

URL: https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/stok/ekranlar/lotlar

A batch is created at the **goods receipt** of a batch-managed item (purchasing goods receipt, goods receipt, production
output, opening balance) and is product-based: the same batch can exist in several warehouses and storage locations, and
the quantities in the list are the totals across all warehouses. A batch whose stock is used up stays in the list.

- **Type:** Screen
- **Module:** Inventory
- **Menu path:** Stok Yönetimi › Stok Görünümü › Lotlar · Fiziksel Envanter › Seri Etiketleri (Inventory Management › Stock Overview › Batches · Physical Inventory › Serial Number Labels)
- **Screen route:** `/erp/inventory/lots`
- **Required permission:** `erp-inventory-lots.view (görme) · .edit (bloke etme, özellik düzenleme) · .release (Aktif yapma — blokeyi çözme)`, `erp-inventory-movements.view (İzlenebilirlik) · erp-inventory-stock.view (Seri Etiketleri)`

## Batch list

![Lots list](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/en/img/screens/stok/lot-listesi.png)
1. Lot status filter
2. Expiry (latest) — expiring lots
3. Expiry date
4. Open the lot

Columns: **Lot No** (Batch No.; with a summary of characteristics below it), **Stok Kodu** (Item Code), **Stok Adı**
(Item Name), **Durum** (Status), **Üretim Tarihi** (Production Date), **Son Kullanma** (Expiry), **Tedarikçi Lotu**
(Supplier Batch), **Mevcut** (On Hand), **Rezerve** (Reserved), **Kullanılabilir** (Available), **Birim** (Unit).
Filters: **Ara** (Search; batch no., supplier batch, item code or name), **Durum** (Status), **Depo** (Warehouse),
**SKT (en geç)** (Expiry date (latest)).

## Batch statuses

| Status | Meaning | Does it block movements? |
|---|---|---|
| **Aktif** (Active) | Can be used in issues and transfers. | No |
| **Karantina** (Quarantine) | Awaiting quality inspection (for information). | No — the block is applied by the stock status (KARANTINA segment) |
| **Bloke** (Blocked) | Cannot be used in goods issue and transfer transactions. | **Yes** |
| **Süresi Dolmuş** (Expired) | Marked as expired (for information). | No |
| **Tükenmiş** (Depleted) | Marked as depleted (for information). | No |

Only **Aktif** (Active) and **Bloke** (Blocked) can be set manually. A batch status change **does not post a stock
movement** and does not change quantities. An issue from a blocked batch is rejected: "'\{lot\}' lotu bloke — çıkış
yapılamaz." (Batch '\{lot\}' is blocked — it cannot be issued.)

The **expiry date** is independent of the status: an expired batch is not blocked automatically. The screen shows the
warnings "Süresi dolmuş (\{n\} gün önce)" (Expired (\{n\} days ago); in red), "Bugün son gün" (Today is the last day)
and, at 30 days or less, "\{n\} gün kaldı" (\{n\} days left). In goods issues, batches are proposed in FEFO order; if
an expired batch is selected, a warning appears but the movement is not blocked (scrap and returns are posted with this
batch). To stop the use of an expired batch, set the batch to **Bloke** (Blocked).

> **Receipt into quarantine**
When an item requires quality inspection, its new batch is created at receipt with the **Aktif** (Active) batch status
but in the **KARANTINA** (Quarantine) stock status. What releases the goods for use is not the batch status but the
quality decision on the **Kalite Kontrol** (Quality Inspection) screen.

## Batch details

![Blocked lot detail](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/en/img/screens/stok/lot-detay.png)
1. Blocked — not usable in issue or transfer
2. Opens the traceability report
3. Change Status — Active / Blocked
4. Stock distribution — warehouses and locations

Buttons: **İzlenebilirlik** (Traceability; opens the batch in the [Batch/Serial Traceability](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/stok/ekranlar/stok-raporlari#lot-seri-izlenebilirlik)
report), **Durumu Değiştir** (Change Status), **Lotlara dön** (Back to Batches). Banner on a blocked batch: "Bu lot
bloke. Mal çıkış ve transfer işlemlerinde kullanılamaz." (This batch is blocked. It cannot be used in goods issue and
transfer transactions.)

- **Parti Bilgileri** (Batch Information): Durum (Status), Üretim tarihi (Production date), Son kullanma tarihi (Expiry
date), Tedarikçi lot numarası (Supplier batch number), Mevcut (On Hand), Rezerve (Reserved), Kullanılabilir
  (Available), Kayıt tarihi (Created on).
- **Stok Dağılımı** (Stock Distribution): Depo (Warehouse), Lokasyon (Storage Location), Mevcut (On Hand), Rezerve
(Reserved), Kullanılabilir (Available), Son hareket (Last movement).
- **Özellikler** (Characteristics): the measured values of the batch (**Düzenle** (Edit), **Özellik Ekle** (Add
Characteristic)); visible to the operator in the batch options.

## Batch Status dialog

![Lot status dialog](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/en/img/screens/stok/lot-durumu.png)
1. Current status
2. New status — Active or Blocked
3. Change Status — writes no stock movement

**Mevcut durum** (Current status) and **Yeni durum** (New status: Aktif / Bloke (Active / Blocked)). There is no reason
field. When Bloke (Blocked) is selected: "Bu lot bloke edildiğinde mal çıkış ve transfer işlemlerinde kullanılamaz.
Mevcut stok yerinde kalır, yalnız kullanımı durdurulur." (When this batch is blocked, it cannot be used in goods issue
and transfer transactions. The existing stock stays where it is; only its use is stopped.) Removing the block
(**Aktif** (Active)) requires a separate permission; a user without it receives the message "Lotu kullanılabilir yapma
(blokeyi çözme) yetkiniz yok — Stok Kontrol'ün işi." (You do not have permission to make the batch available (remove
the block) — this is Inventory Control's job.) Step by step:

## Serial Number Labels

**Stok Yönetimi › Fiziksel Envanter › Seri Etiketleri** (Inventory Management › Physical Inventory › Serial Number
Labels) (`/erp/inventory/serial-labels`). Labels for the units of a serial-managed product: the number is generated
from the template of the item's serial number profile; a labeled serial number enters stock when it is scanned during
a physical inventory count or a goods receipt.

- **Seri Üret ve Etiket Bas** (Generate Serial Numbers and Print Labels) section: **Ürün** (Product; serial-managed)
and **Adet** (Quantity; one serial number per unit, at most 500). Serial numbers are created in the **Etiketlendi**
(Labeled) status; there is no stock effect.
- **Seri Numaraları** (Serial Numbers) list: Seri (Serial Number), Ürün (Product), Durum (Status: Etiketlendi · Stokta ·
Çıkış Yapıldı · Bloke · Hurda (Labeled · In Stock · Issued · Blocked · Scrapped)), Yeri (Location), Kayıt (Created).
The default of the **Durum** (Status) filter is "Etiketlendi (stoğa girmedi)" (Labeled (not yet in stock)). Reprint
with **Seçilenlerin Etiketini Bas** (Print Labels for Selected).
