# Revise a quotation

> Open a new draft revision with the same number to change a sales quotation that has been sent.

- **Prerequisites:**
  - The quotation is in **Gönderildi** (Sent) status. A draft quotation is not revised; it is changed directly with **Düzenle** (Edit).

## Steps

1. Open the quotation details and click **Revize Et** (Revise) in the action bar.

2. In the **Yeni revizyon açılsın mı?** (Open a new revision?) dialog, click **Revizyon Aç** (Open Revision).

3. In the new revision, change prices, lines and terms with **Düzenle** (Edit) and save.

4. To transmit the revision to the customer, [send the quotation](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/satis/islemler/teklifi-gonderme).

**Result:** The previous revision is closed as **Revize Edildi** (Revised) and can no longer be converted to a sales order. The new revision carries the same quotation number, a revision number incremented by one (e.g. `ST-2026-000004 · Rev 2`), today's date and the same validity period.

## What you need to know

- By default, the quotation list shows only the **current** revisions. To see earlier revisions, select **Revize
  Edildi** (Revised) in the **Durum** (Status) filter.
