# Create open deliveries

> Collectively create open outbound deliveries from sales order lines that are due for delivery; the goods issue is posted later.

  - The sales orders of the lines to be delivered are in **Onaylandı** (Approved) status.

## Steps

1. Open the **Lojistik Yönetimi › Giden Teslimat › Giden Teslimat Oluştur** (Logistics Management › Outbound Delivery › Create Outbound Delivery) screen.

2. Enter the **Vadesi gelen (en geç)** (Due by, latest) date; the sales order lines to be delivered up to this date are listed. If necessary, filter by sales order or customer with **Ara** (Search).

3. Check the lines to be included in the delivery; change the **Teslimat Miktarı** (Delivery Quantity) if necessary.

4. Select the **Depo** (Warehouse); if necessary, enter the **Planlanan sevk tarihi** (Planned shipping date) and a **Not** (Note).

5. Click **Teslimat Oluştur** (Create Delivery).

   1. Due by — items to deliver up to this date
   2. Select the item to deliver
   3. Warehouse
   4. Create Delivery — opens an open delivery

**Result:** The selected lines are grouped by recipient, address and shipping method; each group becomes an **Açık** (Open) delivery. ## What you need to know

- The list shows only the quantity that **can be delivered**: ordered − shipped − in open deliveries.
- Before the goods issue, an open delivery can be cancelled with **Teslimatı İptal Et** (Cancel Delivery); the lines
  return to the sales order.
- Picking and packing (handling units) can be performed on an open delivery; packing is not a prerequisite for the
  goods issue.
