# Sales contracts

> Item prices and a target agreed with a customer for a period — quantity or value contract, call-off orders and remaining quantity.

A sales contract holds the **item prices** and the **target** (quantity or amount) agreed with a customer for a
specific **validity** period. A contract does not ship goods by itself: the customer places **call-off orders** as
needed — the contract is selected on the sales order line, the price comes from the contract and the target cannot be
exceeded. The contract's **Çağrılan** (Called Off) and **Kalan** (Remaining) quantities are calculated from approved sales
orders.

Columns: **Sözleşme No** (Contract No.), **Tür** (Type), **Müşteri** (Customer), **Kanal** (Channel), **Geçerlilik**
(Validity), **Hedef Tutar** (Target Amount; for a value contract), **Durum** (Status). The row's action menu contains
**Sözleşmeyi Aç** (Open Contract). Filters: **Ara** (Search; contract no., customer or product) and **Durum** (Status).
**Satış Sözleşmesi Oluştur** (Create Sales Contract) in the header opens the form.

## Types

| Type | Target | Call-off limit |
|---|---|---|
| **Miktar Sözleşmesi** (Quantity Contract) | **Hedef Miktar** (Target Quantity) is required on each item | An item's called-off quantity cannot exceed its target quantity. |
| **Değer Sözleşmesi** (Value Contract) | **Hedef Tutar (net)** (Target Amount, net) is required in the header; the target quantity on an item is optional (empty = unlimited) | The called-off net amount of all items cannot exceed the target amount; on an item with a target quantity, the quantity is also a limit. |

## Statuses

| **Kapandı** (Closed) | The remainder can no longer be called off; past call-offs do not change. | — |
| **İptal Edildi** (Cancelled) | The contract is invalid. | — |

The close and cancel dialogs (**Sözleşmeyi Kapat** — Close Contract, **Sözleşmeyi İptal Et** — Cancel Contract) require
a **Gerekçe** (Reason). A contract with call-offs cannot be cancelled; server message: "Sözleşmeye bağlı sipariş satırı
var — iptal yerine kapatın." (There are sales order lines linked to the contract — close it instead of cancelling.)

## Create a sales contract

| **Tür** (Type; required) | Miktar Sözleşmesi (Quantity Contract) or Değer Sözleşmesi (Value Contract). |
| **Müşteri** (Customer; required) | Searched by code or name. |
| **Satış Kanalı** (Sales Channel) | The contract can be called off only from a sales order in the same channel. The default channel is proposed. |
| **Para Birimi** (Currency; required) | Only a sales order in the same currency can call off the contract; there is no currency conversion. |
| **Geçerlilik Başlangıcı** · **Bitiş** (Valid From · To; required) | The sales order date must fall within this range. |
| **Hedef Tutar (net)** (Target Amount, net) | Only for a value contract. |
| **Kalemler** (Items) | Products are selected with **Ürün ekle** (Add product); each line has **Birim** (Unit), **Hedef Miktar** (Target Quantity; for a value contract "Hedef Miktar (ops.)" — Target Quantity, optional) and **Birim Fiyat (net)** (Unit Price, net). |

**Taslağı Kaydet** (Save Draft) saves the contract as **Taslak** (Draft) and opens its details; to allow call-offs, it

- Header: **Durum** (Status), **Tür** (Type), **Müşteri** (Customer), **Satış Kanalı** (Sales Channel), **Geçerlilik**
  (Validity), for a value contract the **Hedef / Çağrılan / Kalan** (Target / Called Off / Remaining) amount,
  **Hazırlayan** (Prepared By), **Not** (Note) and, if closed, **Kapanış** (Closure).
- **Kalemler** (Items): **Ürün** (Product), **Birim Fiyat** (Unit Price), **Hedef** (Target), **Çağrılan** (Called Off),
  **Kalan** (Remaining).
- **Çağrı Siparişleri** (Call-Off Orders): the approved sales orders that call off the contract — **Sipariş**
  (Sales Order), **Tarih** (Date), **Durum** (Status), **Ürün** (Product), **Miktar** (Quantity), **Tutar (net)**
  (Amount, net). If there are no call-offs, it shows "Henüz çağrı yok — satış siparişinin satırında sözleşmeyi seçin."
  (No call-offs yet — select the contract on the sales order line.)

> **How the called-off quantity is counted**
Only contract-linked lines of sales orders in **Onaylandı** (Approved) status are counted; draft and cancelled sales
orders are not counted. For a closed sales order or line, only the shipped quantity is counted.

## Call-off order

In the line details of a sales order, the **Sözleşme** (Contract) field appears only if a valid contract exists for the
