# Create an order from a requisition

> Assign suppliers to submitted requisition lines on the Requisition Source Assignment screen and create a draft purchase order.

- **Prerequisites:**
  - The requisition is in **Talep Edildi** (Requested) or **Kısmen Siparişte** (Partially Ordered) status and has an open quantity.
  - The item has at least one supplier price record (otherwise the price in the draft is zero).

Requisition Source Assignment quickly converts requisitions that do not need quotations (the agreed price is known)
into orders. The price comes from **Tedarikçi Fiyatları** (Supplier Prices) in the line's unit.

## Steps

1. Open the **Satın Alma › Talep Yönetimi › Talep Kaynak Ataması** (Procurement › Requisition Management › Requisition Source Assignment) screen. The open requisition lines are listed.

2. Select the check box of the line to be ordered (e.g. **TLP-2026-000006 / 10 satırını seç** (select line TLP-2026-000006 / 10)).

3. Check the proposed supplier in the **Kaynak** (Source) column; if needed, select another supplier from the list and correct the **Miktar** (Quantity) (it cannot exceed the open quantity).

4. Check the **Sipariş Tarihi** (Order Date) and click **Taslak Sipariş Oluştur** (Create Draft Order).

   1. Select the requisition line
   2. Source — proposed supplier and price
   3. Date of the resulting order
   4. Create Draft Order — selected lines
   5. Automatic Order — all single-source lines

5. In the **Oluşturulan taslak siparişler** (Draft orders created) list, click the order number (SA-…) to open the draft; check the price, delivery warehouse and dates, and [finalize](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/satin-alma/islemler/siparisi-kesinlestirme) it.

**Result:** One **Taslak** (Draft) order is created per supplier and currency; the source requisitions are written in the note field. The requisition's **Siparişte** (Ordered) quantity advances **when the order is finalized**.

## What you need to know

- **Otomatik Sipariş** (Automatic Order), without a selection, converts all open lines whose source resolves to a
  single supplier (quota, main supplier or single source) into draft orders; lines with multiple sources or no source
  wait and are counted with their reason. Each supplier is processed separately: a rejection for one does not stop the
  others.
- A line that goes into a draft drops out of the list; the same line does not go into a draft a second time.
- At most 500 lines can be assigned at a time ("Tek seferde en çok 500 talep satırı." (At most 500 requisition lines
  at a time.)).
- Rejection messages: "Sipariş oluşturulacak en az bir talep satırı seçin." (Select at least one requisition line to
  create an order.), "TLP-… siparişe açık değil." (TLP-… is not open for ordering.), "TLP-…/10: miktar açık miktarı
  (…) aşamaz." (TLP-…/10: the quantity cannot exceed the open quantity (…).)
