# Create shipments with load planning

> Prepare a proposal that distributes deliveries without a shipment across the capacity of our own vehicles, and convert the loads into shipments.

- **Prerequisites:**
  - Our own fleet has an active vehicle with a capacity (kg, m³ or pallets) entered.
  - There are deliveries not assigned to a shipment; weight or volume is defined on the product cards.

## Steps

1. Open the **Lojistik Yönetimi › Taşıma › Yük Planlama** (Logistics Management › Transportation › Load Planning) screen.

2. If necessary, narrow the candidates with **Depo** (Warehouse), **Sevk tarihi başlangıç** (Shipping date from) – **Sevk tarihi bitiş** (Shipping date to) and **Rota** (Route).

3. In the **Araçlar** (Vehicles) list, select the vehicles to include in planning (**Hepsini seç** (Select all) · **Hiçbiri** (None)).

4. Click **Öneri Oluştur** (Create Proposal).

   3. Create Proposal — writes no document
   4. Turns the load into a trip
   5. Unplanned deliveries and reason

5. On the load card, check the fill bars and the deliveries; if necessary, change the **Planlanan çıkış** (Planned departure).

6. To convert the load into a shipment, click **Sefer Oluştur** (Create Shipment) on the card (for all loads, **Tümünü Seferlere Çevir** (Convert All to Shipments)).

**Result:** Each load becomes a transportation document in **Planlandı** (Planned) status, executed by our own fleet, with the vehicle (or trailer) filled in; its note is "Yük planlama önerisinden" (From load planning proposal). The driver and arrival time are entered in the shipment details with **Düzenle** (Edit).

## What you need to know

- The proposal does not write any documents; leaving the screen changes nothing.
- A delivery whose weight or volume is unknown cannot be placed on a vehicle with a defined capacity and is listed with
  its reason under **Planlanamayan teslimatlar** (Deliveries that could not be planned). Enter the dimensions on the
  product card and create the proposal again.
- An unpacked delivery is not counted in pallet utilization.
- Planning is time-limited; if *"Süre sınırında bulunan iyi plan — en iyisi olduğu kanıtlanmadı…"* (A good plan found
  within the time limit — not proven to be the best…) is displayed, narrow the candidates with the warehouse, date or
  route filter.
- Shipments to be executed by a carrier are not opened from this screen, but with
  [Taşıma Belgesi Oluştur](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/lojistik/islemler/tasima-belgesi-olusturma) (Create Transportation Document).
