# Create a transportation document

> Plan a shipment — executor (our own fleet or a carrier), planned departure, vehicle and driver, distance and deliveries.

- **Prerequisites:**
  - The deliveries to be included in the shipment are not cancelled and not assigned to another shipment (open or with goods issue posted).
  - For a shipment by our own fleet, the vehicle and driver are defined; for a shipment by a carrier, the carrier is defined.

## Steps

1. Open the **Lojistik Yönetimi › Taşıma › Taşıma Belgesi Oluştur** (Logistics Management › Transportation › Create Transportation Document) screen.

2. Select the **Yürütücü** (Executor): **Kendi filomuz** (Our own fleet) or **Taşıyıcı** (Carrier). For a carrier, select the company in the **Taşıyıcı** (Carrier) field that opens (you can also determine the carrier later with **Taşıyıcı Seç** (Select Carrier)).

3. Enter the **Planlanan Çıkış** (Planned Departure) (required) and the **Planlanan Varış** (Planned Arrival).

4. Select the **Araç** (Vehicle), **Dorse** (Trailer) and **Sürücü** (Driver). They can be left empty when planning; dispatch with our own fleet requires a vehicle and a driver.

5. Enter the **Planlanan Mesafe (km)** (Planned Distance (km)) — it is the basis for per-km freight; if left empty, it is treated as unknown.

6. Click **Teslimat Ekle** (Add Delivery), select the deliveries to add and click **Ekle (N)** (Add (N)).

   1. Search by delivery no, customer, address
   2. Delivery to add to the trip
   3. Add

7. Arrange the deliveries in stop sequence with the arrow buttons; enter a **Not** (Note) if necessary.

8. Click **Oluştur** (Create).

**Result:** The shipment is in **Planlandı** (Planned) status; the plan and the deliveries can be changed with **Düzenle** (Edit). ## What you need to know

- A shipment can be planned without deliveries; dispatch requires at least one delivery. A shipment can contain up to
  100 documents; the same document appears only once on a shipment.
- On a shipment executed by our own fleet, no carrier is selected, and carriers' vehicles and drivers are not listed.
  The carrier must be selected before selecting the carrier's vehicle or driver.
- Exceeding the capacity (weight, volume, pallets) is a warning in the details and does not block saving. If there is an
  item with unknown dimensions, *"N belgede ölçüsü bilinmeyen kalem var — ağırlık eksik olabilir."* (N documents contain
  items with unknown dimensions — the weight may be incomplete.) is displayed.
- A delivery that is on another shipment cannot be added: *"Şu belgeler başka bir seferde: …"* (The following documents
  are on another shipment: …); a cancelled delivery cannot be added.

  (Load Planning) distributes deliveries without a shipment across the vehicles.
