# Dispatch a shipment

> Record the departure of a planned shipment — goods issue of the deliveries, vehicle/driver or carrier conditions.

- **Prerequisites:**
  - The shipment is in **Planlandı** (Planned) status and has at least one delivery.
  - The **goods issue has been posted** for all deliveries on the shipment ([post the goods issue](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/satis/islemler/mal-cikisi-kaydetme)).
  - For our own fleet, a vehicle and a driver are selected; for a carrier shipment, the carrier is selected.

## Steps

1. Open the shipment details. If loading has been done, first record the **Yüklendi** (Loaded) event with **Olay Kaydet** (Record Event) (optional).

2. Click **Yola Çıkar** (Dispatch).

   2. Dispatch

3. Check the **Yola çıkış** (Departure) time (the default is now) and click **Yola Çıkar** (Dispatch) in the window.

   2. Complete — arrival is written, trip closes
   3. Record Event — arrival, delivery, delay, problem
   4. Event timeline

**Result:** The shipment becomes **Yolda** (In Transit); the plan and the deliveries are frozen. In Teslimat İzleme (Delivery Monitor), the deliveries move to the **Yolda** (In transit) stage. ## What you need to know

Server rejection messages:

| Message | Meaning | What to do |

| *"Mal çıkışı kaydedilmemiş ya da iptal edilmiş teslimatla sefer yola çıkamaz: SV-…"* | A shipment cannot be dispatched with a delivery whose goods issue has not been posted or that has been cancelled: SV-… | Post the goods issue for the deliveries, or remove the cancelled one from the shipment. |
| *"Belgesiz sefer yola çıkamaz — en az bir teslimat atayın."* | A shipment without documents cannot be dispatched — assign at least one delivery. | Add a delivery with **Düzenle** (Edit). |
| *"Kendi filomuzla yapılan sefer araç ve sürücü olmadan yola çıkamaz."* | A shipment executed by our own fleet cannot be dispatched without a vehicle and a driver. | Select a vehicle and a driver with **Düzenle** (Edit). |

| *"Yalnız planlanan sefer yola çıkar."* | Only a planned shipment can be dispatched. | The shipment is already in transit, completed or cancelled. |

A dispatched shipment cannot be cancelled; it is completed.
