# Freight agreements

> A carrier's purchasing tariff or a customer's sales tariff — per shipment, km, kg, m³, pallet or stop, tiered, with a minimum charge.

A freight agreement is a tariff. A **Taşıyıcı (alış)** (Carrier (purchasing)) agreement gives the freight cost of a
shipment; a **Müşteri (satış)** (Customer (sales)) agreement gives the charge for a transport order. A shipment is
calculated with the agreement **valid on the departure date**; if more than one agreement is valid, the one with the
most recent start date is used.

## List

Columns: **Kod** (Code), **Ad** (Name) (type), **Taraf** (Party), **Geçerlilik** (Validity) (whether it is valid
today, range), **Tarife** (Tariff) (currency and tariff summary, e.g. *"Sefer başı 1.500 · Km başı 12 / 500+ km 10"*
(Per shipment 1,500 · Per km 12 / 500+ km 10)), **Durum** (Status). Filters: **Ara** (Search), **Tür** (Type),
**Pasifleri göster** (Show inactive). **Anlaşma Ekle** (Add Agreement) creates a new agreement; the row menu
**İşlemler › Düzenle** (Actions › Edit) opens a saved agreement. There is no delete — the agreement is set to
inactive.

Bases: **Sefer başı** (Per shipment), **Km başı** (Per km), **Kg başı** (Per kg), **m³ başı** (Per m³), **Palet
başı** (Per pallet), **Durak başı** (Per stop). The highest tier reached by the quantity is applied (e.g. per kg:
0 → 2.00 · 200 → 1.50). The per-shipment rate has no tiers. A basis whose quantity is unknown (distance not entered,
item with unknown weight) is not included in the calculation, and this is stated in the shipment details.

Rejection messages:

| *"Anlaşma adını yazın."* | Enter the agreement name. |
| *"Taşıyıcıyı seçin."* | Select the carrier. |
| *"Müşteriyi seçin."* | Select the customer. |
| *"Geçerlilik bitişi başlangıçtan önce olamaz."* | The validity end cannot be before the start. |
| *"En az bir tarife satırı girin."* | Enter at least one tariff line. |
| *"N. satır: sefer başı ücret kademe almaz."* | Line N: the per-shipment rate has no tiers. |
| *"N. satır: aynı dayanakta aynı kademe iki kez tanımlanamaz."* | Line N: the same tier cannot be defined twice for the same basis. |
| *"Bu anlaşma kodu zaten kullanılıyor."* (from the server) | This agreement code is already in use. |

## Where it is used

- The **Navlun** (Freight) card in the shipment details and the **Taşıyıcı Seç** (Select Carrier) ranking (carrier
  agreement). If there is no agreement valid on the shipment's departure date: *"Taşıyıcının seferin çıkış gününde
  geçerli navlun anlaşması yok."* (The carrier has no freight agreement valid on the shipment's departure date.)
- The **Tarife** (Tariff) column in the tender details (comparison amount).
- The charge preview and approval of a transport order (customer agreement).
