> Common use of the CoreX ERP menu, screen tabs, list screens, table settings and document forms.

All CoreX ERP screens follow the same layout. The menu, list and form usage described on this page applies to every
module.

![Home — menu, tabs and pending work](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/en/img/screens/genel/ana-sayfa.png)
1. Main menu — modules and screens
2. Screen and document search
3. Pending work — approvals and drafts
4. My modules — quick access to screens

## Top menu and screen search

The menu at the top of the screen is divided into modules: **Satış** (Sales), **Satın Alma** (Purchasing), **Stok
Yönetimi** (Inventory Management), **Lojistik Yönetimi** (Logistics Management), **Üretim** (Production), **Ana
Veriler** (Master Data), **Finans** (Finance), **Bakım** (Maintenance), **Servis** (Service) and **Yönetim**
(Administration). Hovering over a module opens its sections and screens.

- The menu shows only the **modules enabled in your installation** and the **screens you are authorized for**.
- The **Ekran ara…** (Search screens…) box at the top right (shortcut **Ctrl K**) finds a screen by name. You can type
with or without Turkish characters: typing "siparis" finds "Satış Siparişleri" (Sales Orders).
- The bell icon shows your notifications. Clicking a notification opens the related document.

## Screen tabs

Every screen you open becomes a **tab** in the strip below the menu. Screens keep their state while you switch between
tabs: you can go back from a sales order's details to the list and look at another sales order. To close a tab, click
the **×** next to it.

## List screens

Screens that list records (sales orders, quotations, products, customer/vendor accounts…) consist of the same parts:

![List screen — filters, columns and paging](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/en/img/screens/genel/liste-ekrani.png)
1. New record
2. Search and filters
3. Show / hide columns
4. Click a header to sort; drag its edge to resize
5. Click the document number to open it

| Part | Purpose |
|---|---|
| **Title** | The name of the screen; to its right, the refresh and new record buttons. |
| **Filter bar** | Search box and frequently used filters (status, customer, date range…). When a filter is set, "filtreli" (filtered) appears next to the record count and a button for clearing the filters is displayed. |
| **Table** | The records. Clicking a row opens the record. |
| **Actions** | The menu at the end of the row: open the record, edit it, view its history and screen-specific actions. Actions that delete data or cannot be undone are shown in red at the bottom of the menu. |
| **Pagination** | Below the table: which records are displayed, the number of records per page and the pages. |

Filters are written to the address bar. When you send the URL of a filtered list to a colleague, they see the same
list.

### Customizing the table

The table layout is **personal** and stored on the server: you see the same layout when you sign in from another
computer.

- **Column width:** Drag the separator between two columns in the header with the mouse.
- **Fit column to content:** **Double-click** the separator. The column widens or narrows to fit its header and the
longest value on the page (as in Excel).
- **Column menu:** From the menu on a column with a text header, you can **sort ascending / descending**, **pin to the
left or right** and **move left / right**.
- **Show / hide columns:** Use the **Kolonlar** (Columns) button at the top right of the table. **Varsayılan düzene
dön** (Reset to default layout) in the same menu deletes all your settings and restores the table to its original
  state.

> **Sorting**
In paginated lists, sorting is performed on the server, so it sorts all records, not only the visible page. The menu
of a column that cannot be sorted does not offer a sort option.

## Document forms {#belge-formları}

Documents such as quotations, sales orders and requisitions use the same form layout.

| Part | Purpose |
|---|---|
| **Toolbar** | **Kaydet** (Save; shortcut **Ctrl+S**), **Kontrol Et** (Check; validates without saving) and **Kalem Ekle** (Add Item). |
| **Header strip** | The document's identity: document type, business partner (customer or supplier) and date. |
| **Header tabs** | **Teslimat ve Ödeme** (Delivery and Payment) · **Koşullar** (Conditions) · **Metinler** (Texts) · **Adres** (Address) · **Organizasyon** (Organization). The name of a tab that contains an invalid field is shown in red. |
| **Kalemler** (Items) | A spreadsheet-like table. A new document opens with 5 empty rows, and there is always one empty row at the end; empty rows are not saved. |
| **Status bar** | At the bottom of the form: saving, number of errors, check result or an unsaved changes warning. |

### Value help: selecting by code or name

In business partner and product fields, type the code or name and press **Enter**: matching records open in a list;
select one with the arrow keys and press **Enter** again. The **magnifier** at the end of the field or the **F4** key
opens a **selection dialog** with the text you typed; in the dialog, a single click on a row selects it.

When you select a product on an item line, the cursor moves to the quantity; pressing **Enter** in the quantity moves
down to the product field of the next line. This way you can enter a document without leaving the keyboard.

### Leaving without saving

When you try to leave a screen with unsaved changes, a dialog opens:

- **Sayfada kal** (Stay on page) — returns to the form.
- **Taslak olarak kaydet ve ayrıl** (Save as draft and leave) — saves the document as a draft; if saving fails, you
  stay on the page.
- **Değişiklikleri sil ve ayrıl** (Discard changes and leave) — the changes are lost.

## Authorizations

The screens and buttons you see are rendered according to the permissions of your role. If you cannot see a button,
your role does not have the permission for that action; contact your system administrator. The permission required
for a screen is shown at the top of each screen page.
