# Alerts and notifications

In CoreX ERP, a person is informed in three ways:

All of them land in the **bell**. Email is also sent if the person's preference and the installation's email server
(SMTP) are enabled; without SMTP, the notification appears only in the application ([Email
(SMTP)](https://erpdocs.corexlogic.com/en/ayarlar/e-posta-smtp)).

## Notification bell {#bildirim-zili}

**Bildirimler** (Notifications, the bell) on the right of the top bar shows the number of unread notifications with a
red badge ("9+" if more than 9). The count is refreshed every 45 seconds and when the bell is opened.

- Each row: title, message (single line), date and time; an unread row is bold with a blue dot on its left.
- Clicking a row marks the notification as read and, if it has a link, opens the related screen (e.g. a quotation,
  an import result, Onayımı Bekleyenler (Awaiting My Approval)).
- **Tümünü okundu** (Mark all as read) marks all of them as read. If the list is empty it reads "Bildirim yok." (No
  notifications.).
- On a phone, the same notifications are in the **Bildirimler** (Notifications) tab of the mobile shell; if device
  notifications are enabled, they also arrive on the phone (see below).

## Alert and Notification Management screen

**Yönetim › Özelleştirme › Genel › Uyarı ve Bildirim Yönetimi** (Administration › Customization › General › Alert
and Notification Management). Two tabs: **Uyarılar** (Alerts, scheduled checks) and **Bildirim Kuralları**
(Notification Rules, document events); the tab is kept in the address (`?sekme=kurallar`).

### Alerts tab

"Zamanlanmış kontroller: süresi dolan belge, geciken iş, minimum altı stok — açılan uyarı bulguyu ilgili kişilere
bildirir" (Scheduled checks: expired document, delayed work, stock below minimum — an enabled alert notifies the
relevant people of the finding). The alerts themselves are defined in the system; the screen only **enables/disables**
them and sets the **threshold**. **All alerts start disabled.**

| **Durum** (Status) | Switch: **Açık** (On) / **Kapalı** (Off). Users without permission see only the status. |
| **Uyarı** (Alert) | The alert's name and what it does. An unsaved row reads "değişti" (changed) and is highlighted. |
| **Eşik** (Threshold) | Number + unit (**saat** (hours) / **gün** (days)). Empty = default ("Varsayılan: 72 saat" — Default: 72 hours). At least 1 hour, at most 30 days (720 hours); whole number. For an alert without a threshold: "Eşik yok — bulgu olunca bildirir" (No threshold — notifies when there is a finding). |
| **Kime gider** (Sent to) | The recipient rule and the channel: **Uygulama** (Application) and, if email is supported, **E-posta** (Email). |
| **Son çalışma** (Last run) | The time of the last run and "N süren bulgu" (N ongoing findings) / "Bulgu yok" (No findings); if it has never run, "Henüz çalışmadı" (Not run yet). Below it, "Değiştiren: …" (Changed by: …). |

Alerts are grouped by area (the group row shows "1 / 2 açık" — 1 / 2 on). The **Ara** (Search) box searches name,
description and area; **Yalnız açık olanlar** (Only enabled ones) filters. In the toolbar: "N uyarı · N açık · N
kaydedilmemiş değişiklik" (N alerts · N on · N unsaved changes), **Şimdi Çalıştır** (Run Now), **Geri Al** (Undo),
**Kaydet (N)** (Save (N)).

| **Minimum stok altı** (Below minimum stock) | Inventory and planning | No threshold | Those who can create requisitions or production orders | Notifies of an item whose stock position (on hand + in transit − demand) falls below the minimum; once, when the item enters the list. |

- An enabled alert is checked **once an hour**; the same finding is not notified repeatedly. A person can turn off
  the channel in **Profil › Bildirim Tercihleri** (Profile › Notification Preferences).
- **Şimdi Çalıştır** (Run Now; "Açık uyarıları saatlik turu beklemeden şimdi kontrol eder" — Checks enabled alerts
  now without waiting for the hourly run) tries the enabled alerts immediately and lists the result: "N bulgu, N
  kişiye bildirim" (N findings, notification to N people), "bulgu yok" (no findings) or an error. If no alert is
  enabled: "Açık uyarı yok — tur hiçbir şeyi kontrol etmedi. Önce uyarıyı açıp kaydedin." (No alert is enabled — the
  run checked nothing. Enable and save the alert first.) This button produces real notifications (and emails).
- When leaving the screen without saving, the system asks (stay on the page, save and leave, discard changes).

### Notification Rules tab

"Belge olayının bildirimi: kime, hangi koşulda, hangi kanaldan." (Notification of a document event: to whom, under
which condition, through which channel.) The event (created, goods issue, cancellation…) is captured from the
record; the rule says to whom and through which channel the notification goes. Instead of notifications hard-coded
in the software, the installation sets up its own rules.

Edit and delete are in the row's Actions menu. Delete: "Kural silinsin mi? — "…" kuralı silinir ve bu olay için
bildirim gitmez; kişilerin bu kurala ait tercihleri de silinir. Geçici olarak durdurmak için kuralı pasife
alabilirsiniz." (Delete the rule? — the "…" rule is deleted and no notification is sent for this event; people's
preferences for this rule are deleted as well. To pause it temporarily, you can set the rule to inactive.)

#### Rule dialog

**Yeni Kural** (New Rule) opens the "Yeni Bildirim Kuralı" (New Notification Rule) dialog: "Belgede bir olay
olduğunda kime, hangi koşulda ve hangi kanaldan bildirim gideceğini tanımlayın." (Define to whom, under which
condition and through which channel a notification is sent when an event occurs on a document.) On the right, the
rule's **Özet** (Summary) sentence.

The server and the screen perform the same validation: "Kural adı zorunlu." (Rule name is required.), "Belge
seçin." (Select a document.), "Olay seçin." (Select an event.), "En az bir alıcı seçin — sorumluluk, rol ya da
kullanıcı." (Select at least one recipient — responsibility, role or user.) "Aynı kişiye birden çok kural aynı
olayı bildirirse tek bildirim gider. Belgeyi görme izni olmayan alıcıya bildirim gitmez." (If several rules notify
the same person of the same event, a single notification is sent. No notification is sent to a recipient without
permission to view the document.)

#### Documents and events that can be defined

Four rules are defined in the demo installation: "Giden teslimat açıldı — depo hazırlığı" (Outbound delivery created
— warehouse preparation; warehouse managers, application), "Mal çıkışı kaydedildi — satış temsilcisine" (Goods issue
posted — to the sales representative; application + email), "Teslimat kredi blokesinde — kredi yönetimine" (Delivery
in credit block — to credit management; sales representative + Kredi Yöneticisi (Credit Manager) role, application +
email), "Giden teslimat iptal edildi" (Outbound delivery cancelled; warehouse managers and sales representative).

## Notification preferences

**Profil › Bildirim Tercihleri** (Profile › Notification Preferences; user menu › Profile, `?sekme=bildirimler`).
Each person chooses their own channel; the administrator's setting is the **default** for those without a
preference.

The table is divided into groups (outbound delivery rules, Approval, Purchasing, Logistics, Inventory, Quality,
Finance, Service, Data Import); the columns are **Bildirim** (Notification), **Varsayılan kanal** (Default channel),
**Tercihiniz** (Your preference). At the bottom: "N bildirimde kendi seçiminiz var" (You have your own choice for N
notifications), **Tümünü Varsayılana Döndür** (Reset All to Default), **Vazgeç** (Cancel), **Tercihleri Kaydet**
(Save Preferences). If no email server is defined, the card shows the warning "E-posta sunucusu tanımlı değil —
e-posta ve günlük özet gitmez, bildirim uygulamada görünür." (No email server is defined — email and daily digest
are not sent, the notification appears in the application.)

System notification types (default channel): **Onayınız bekleniyor** (Your approval is awaited), **Onay
hatırlatması** (Approval reminder), **Onay tamamlandı** (Approval completed), **Onay reddedildi** (Approval
rejected), **Satın alma siparişi onay bekliyor / onaylandı / reddedildi** (Purchase order pending approval /
approved / rejected), **Yeni satın alma talebi** (New purchase requisition), **Talebiniz teklif aşamasında** (Your
requisition is at the quotation stage), **Talebiniz siparişe dönüştü** (Your requisition was converted to an order),
**Gelen teslimat bildirildi** (Inbound delivery notified), **Mal yolda (e-İrsaliye)** (Goods in transit
(e-Delivery Note)), **Gelen teslimat inceleme bekliyor** (Inbound delivery awaiting review), **Sefer gecikti** (Trip
delayed), **Filo belgesinin süresi doluyor** (Fleet document expiring), **Kalite faaliyetinin termini geldi**

### Device notifications

If **Bu cihaza bildirim gönder** (Send notifications to this device) is turned on in the **Cihaz Bildirimi** (Device
Notification) card at the top of the same tab, every notification that lands immediately in the bell also arrives on
that device (phone or browser notification); disabled and daily-digest types are not sent. The list shows the
person's devices with notifications enabled; **Bildirimi Kaldır** (Remove Notification) on a row, and **Deneme
Bildirimi Gönder** (Send Test Notification) sends a test to all your devices. On an iPhone, notifications arrive only
for the app added to the home screen. When you sign out, notifications for that device are turned off.
